The Pit is pleased to be offering several DVD copies of Final Destination 3 as our latest trivia giveaway contest. Set six years after the original film, the latest installment in the series centers around a high school senior who has a premonition of a fatal roller coaster accident involving herself and all her friends. When the premonition proves true, those who have “cheated death” and survived the accident are forced to deal with the repercussions of escaping their fate. Final Destination 3 stars Ryan Merriman (The Ring Two) and Mary Elizabeth Winstead. The film is directed by James Wong, who helmed the 2000 original, and will be available commercially July 25th.
The two-disc Special Edition, which will be available in both fullscreen and widescreen (2.40:1 aspect ratio) versions, will include the following features:

As with all our contests, you must be a participating member of the Guts And Gory message forum to be eligible. Number of winners will be predicated upon how many copies they send us, but word 'round the campfire is that it's going to be a few more than we usually receive. Resultant of that, we will also be giving some out at the August 11th engagement of Friday Night Frights, where we'll be screening a double feature of Hell Night (hosted by director Tom DeSimone) and The Burning. So if you live in the Dallas area (or don't mind travelling there), you really need to get your ass out to the Movie Tavern in Denton on that night.
