Wes Craven reinvented the Nightmare On Elm Street
series, Freddy Krueger, and horror when he took Freddy
out of the movie world, and brought him into the real
world with Wes Craven's New Nightmare. Taking place in
our world, where Freddy only exists in the movies, the
director and cast of the original A Nightmare On Elm
Street are haunted with visions of the fictional
character. At first it's passed off as just a series
of coincidental dreams, but as the corpses start
piling up, it's discovered that something has caused
the knife-fingered killer to manifest in our reality.
Candyman Special Edition DVD: Details on the disc are up at Fangoria.
ANOTHER JASON ONLINE: Warrington "JASON 2" Gillette has hit the web and to top it off has brought the ultimate Jason 2 mask with him! You need to see it to believe it:
Guts and Gory: As you all know, the Pit of Horror messageboard has been down lately. This was the final push for us, as we have really outgrown the Star Blvd service with so many members wanting to join the board week in and week out. It just wasn't possible for us to manually update the user database. Especially since we had to sort out official boards for Andrew Bryniarski and Warrington Gillette. So we decided that it was time to set up an all new board on an all new site (for bandwidth purposes). Check it out now: www.gutsandgory.com/forum - What are you waiting for?
LEATHERFACE COLLISION: Original Leatherface Gunnar Hansen and remake Leatherface star Andrew Bryniarski met up for the first time at the Hauntcon just past. See Bryniarski's official site
for pictures from the Convention and also to read what Andrew had to say about meeting Gunnar for the first time.
BILL MOSELEY: After catching up with Bill at the January Fangoria Convention in NJ, this short but sweet interview is long overdue. Read it here
