Devils Rejects update: According to Bloody Disgusting Rob Zombie's personal assistant writes in: File this one under the strangest casting news yet. But apparently porn legend Ginger Lynn has joined the cast of The Devil's Rejects. We don't want to give away too much, but let's just say that Captain Spaulding get his rocks off big time.

As the production enters it's third week of principle photography the word is that the picture is on schedule and that Lion's Gate is beyond thrilled with what they have been seeing. One executive was quoted as saying that, "The film is much darker and nastier than anything seen in the first film. The difference between this film and House of 1000 Corpses is night and day. The first film looks like Finding Nemo compared to The Devil's Rejects. Mr. Zombie is far exceeding our expectations."

So far the cast includes Bill Moseley, Sid Haig, Sheri Moon, Michael Berryman, Ken Foree, Kane Hodder, Steve Railsback, Tyler Mane, P.J. Soles, Danny Trejo, Brian Posehn, Leslie Easterbrook, Daniel Roebuck, Duane Whitaker, Rosario Dawson and more!

Underworld 2 in 2005: http://www.the-trades.com/column.php?columnid=2573

www.the-trades.com writes: As for the sequel, McBride confirmed that shooting will begin in the fall for a targeted 2005 release; and he also confirmed that Kate Beckinsale and Scott Speedman have already signed on to reprise their respective roles.

McBride went on to say that he is currently preparing the outline for the second draft of the sequel and that the production team is in the middle of the development stages. "The new film will carry the story further as well as incorporate a few prequel sequences, which should be extremely cool." He added, "Patrick Tatopoulos (the creature designer) has, par for course, created some fantastic new designs for the film. Len has been busy storyboarding and is gearing up for location scouting."

At first it's passed off as just a series of coincidental dreams, but as the corpses start piling up, it's discovered that something has caused the knife-fingered killer to manifest in our reality.

This haunting, re-imagined Freddy Krueger 12" figure includes an all-new outfit with coat, fedora, and redesigned, biomechanical, all finger-bladed right hand. The first 750 customers to purchase Freddy directly from Sideshow will receive an exclusive tongue phone accessory! Check out the pictures here.

Guts and Gory: As you all know, the Pit of Horror messageboard has been down lately. This was the final push for us, as we have really outgrown the Star Blvd service with so many members wanting to join the board week in and week out. It just wasn't possible for us to manually update the user database. Especially since we had to sort out official boards for Andrew Bryniarski and Warrington Gillette. So we decided that it was time to set up an all new board on an all new site (for bandwidth purposes). Check it out now: www.gutsandgory.com/forum - What are you waiting for?
