Zombie Holocaust
"Not for the faint hearted"
Gone are the days of those gore ridden flicks of yesteryear with 'authentic bad acting' and 'cheese factor 10'! In light of
this unfortunate situation we find oureselves in, we must treasure lesser known cult classics such as "Zombie Holocaust" (1979).
Directed by Marion Girolami and wrote by Fabrizio De Angelis and Romano Scandariato, "Zombie Holocaust" goes along these lines:
Strange morgue desecrations in a New York hospital find Dr. Peter Chandler (Ian McCulloch) and Dr. Laurie Miller (Alexandra Delli Colli) at the spear head of an expedition
to some sort of tropical island of terror which happens to be over-run by the undead.
If the threat of flesh eating zombies wasn't enough, it is coupled with the presence of blood thirsty cannibalistic natives and combined they lead to extraordinary guts, glory
and gore. If 'cheese factor 10' and 'authentic bad acting' doesn't cannibalise your expedition then the fast paced nature of Zombie Holocaust will surely entertain in the least
...for whatever reasons.
